About Lagos State University



Lagos State University (LASU) was established in 1983.

The University was established by the enabling Law of Lagos State of Nigeria for the advancement of learning and establishment of academic excellence.

The University is currently structured as a non-profit public higher education institution and currently caters for a population of over 35,000 students.

The University has a number of faculties including the arts, law, social sciences, business administration, engineering, school of clinical sciences, school of basic medical services, and education.

Lagos State University offers courses and programs leading to education degrees including Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate degrees in several areas of study.

International applicants are eligible to enrollment.
