FUPRE 11th Matriculation Ceremony Date for 2017/2018 Academic Session

This is to inform all fresh Students, Parents, and Staff that the 11th Matriculation ceremony (2017/2018 academic session) of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun has been scheduled to hold as follows:

Date: Thursday, 5th April, 2018
Venue: University Main Auditorium
Time: 10.00 a.m. prompt.

Matriculating students should be seated at 9.30am.

Students should collect Academic Gowns from the Academic Office with effect from Tuesday, 3rd April, 2018.

Consequently, 100 level and 200 level Direct Entry students who have not registered with the Health Centre are advised to proceed to the Health Services Department for Medical Screening Exercise commencing on Tuesday, 3rd April, 2018.

Please note that Medical Screening is an integral part of the registration exercise.

Only students who have gone through the medical screening exercise will be issued with their Matriculation Numbers.

Participation in the matriculation exercise is compulsory for all duly registered fresh students of the University

FUPRE Matriculation Gowns Collection Procedures for 2017/2018

This is to inform all the matriculating students of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE) that the management has released the procedure to obtain the academic gowns ahead of the 11th matriculation ceremony.

Students should collect Academic Gowns from the Academic Office with effect from Tuesday, 3rd April, 2018 between 12.00noon and 3.00p.m. on payment of the sum of Two Thousand Naira only (N2,000.00) to the University Account via [www.remita.net] and presentation of receipt generated to the Academic Division.

All academic gowns should be returned to the Academic Division immediately after the Matriculation Ceremony and not later than 9th April, 2018.

Thereafter, late return of academic gowns will attract a penalty fee of One Thousand Naira (N1,000.00) for each additional day while the sum of Thirty Thousand (30,000) Naira will be charged for the replacement of any lost academic gown.

Participation in the matriculation exercise is compulsory for all duly registered fresh students of the University.
