LAUTECH Special Notice on Submission of Documents for 2017/2018 New Students

This is to inform all students admitted into LAUTECH
during the 2017/2018 admission exercise that the
underlisted documents should be submitted at Room
2, Student Affairs Building from Monday, March 5,
2018 till Friday March 16, 2018 between 9am and
3pm.

Required Documents
1. 3 copies of LAUTECH Admission Letter
2. 3 copies of JAMB Admission Letter
3. 3 copies of Verified O/L Results
4. 3 copies of Receipt of Payment of Acceptance Fee
5. 3 copies of Birth Certificate or Sworn Affidavit of
Birth
6. 3 copies of Photocopy of Local Government
Identification
7. Original Copies of two letters of Recommendation
8. Original Sworn Affidavit of good behavior and (2)
copies of same
9. Original receipt of purchase of Student Hand Book
and (2) copies of same
10. 3 copies of Medical Clearance Forms
11. 3 copies of payment of Tuition fees
12. 3 copies of Oath of allegiance
13. Original State of Identification form and (2) copies
of same
14. 3 Copies of Brief Bio-data Form
15. 3 recent passport photographs

The documents will be used to process your files to
the various Faculties/Departments and Academic
Affairs Unit.
